Fantastic customer service!! Ive been there 4 or 5 times now and my lashes are always flawless. The owner and the lady that works with her are very talented and extremely cautious about being clean. Highly recommend going to them, you will not be disappointed.

Update! 2 years later, I moved back home & I went back and the service is still the BEST in BIRMINGHAM/HOOVER AREA. Worth the drive. I want to say this place is amazing . The staff is very friendly and professional. I recently moved to Texas and I refuse to let anyone else touch my brows or face. I get my brows threaded and my face waxed. My brows were a mess before I started coming here and they got me back on track. They are very consistent with their results. I highly recommend 10/10

I’m only rating 1 stars for the one lady who usually works on Sunday's. She threads, cuts, and even wipes my brows at the end of the service as it should be/what I pay for, However the other two women that work on the other weekdays/ weekends, do not have the skill let alone enough care to be touching and doing things to Anyones face. I went on two separate occasions and was disappointed more each time. I had what looked like a gash of missing hairs on my right brow and they were threaded unevenly, thinly, and poorly. The second occasion I actually got cut and had 2 little scabs form at the bottom of my left brow she offered nothing to help with that and never even evenly trimmed the top of my brows so the end result was that they were also uneven & thin and poorly done. I also overheard a conversation between the two women clearly demonstrating they did not care about the job nor the clients. Please take your money somewhere else and save your time.
