Customer service was good. I got my eyebrows threaded, tinted and mink lash extensions. Eyebrows are wonderful and the extensions were beautiful but only lasted 2.5 days.

I was so excited to get my lashes done only to wind up with this after nearly $200. I’m not happy and my OCD hates these lashes. The left side, all the lashes are angled differently than the right side and the lashes are fuller on the right eye. I don’t know the name of the woman who did this but she needs to go back to school. Also, within a week, most of them came out after she said they would last nearly a month. Waste of time and money and will not be back.
