Brow & Lash Bar

This is how they do brows??? And the lady says herself a PROFESSIONAL!!! WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. I'VE GOT MY BROWS DONE MANY TIMES BUT I NEVER GOT HURT LIKE THIS AND THE LADY WORKING THERE SAYS THAT MY SKIN IS SENSITIVE. I recommend people NOT to visit this store. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS THEY JUST EXPERIMENT WITH OUR SKIN.

I’ve gone here for years and never had any problems until today the lady completely ignored me when I said I wanted my eyebrows threaded and waxed them my skin gets extremely irritated with wax and she didn’t even say anything before just putting the wax on on top of that she left a gap in my eyebrow where she got the wax stuck I’m so disappointed because I’ve never had a bad experience here but this is ridiculous being ignored on top of her messing up my eyebrows

I went Sunday evening and I got full set of cat eye lashes they were hideous and came off less than 24 hours later by themselves the next morning when I woke up. I was heartbroken. I also got the eye brow tent and it looked like a kindergarten played on my face. I was trying to get these done for my birthday . Please run I’m highly upset

My daughter has naturally beautiful eyebrows. They simply cleaned up the midbrow and eyebrows, but kept everything else. Daughter was thrilled with the threading result. Price for threading was budget friendly.

I literally just had the worst experience in this shop. The lady that was assisting me with my threading was asking me to touch and feel my face during the service. I had never had someone in the middle of a service to stop and ask me to touch my face to feel for hair. I expressed that and then ask if I could wash my hands. There was a hand written sign on the bathroom door. I washed my hands. When I returned to complete my service I notice that her body language had change. I’m thinking that maybe I offended her. When she was done I asked for witch hazel. The napkin that she had given me left paper all over my face. So as I wiped the paper off my face, I advised her that I wasn’t trying to be rude when I was telling her that I had never been asked to touch my face for hair. I asked her where was the other last because I hadn’t been there in a month. She advised that she was off and provided me the days that she worked. I then told her that I hope she didn’t take offense because her bold language had changed. She then gets loud with me and points her finger. We got into an argument. Don’t go here and deal with people who can’t take adjustments from paying customers. The owner is great, and doesn’t get offensive.
