Every time you go in it’s a new person. At first I use to like this shop, well that before there was a new girl in there every other day. I went in on the 22 of October and again on November 7th 2025. Oct new girl gave me a stye on my eye ( small white bump that burned, on Nov 7 I went in the lady immediately approached me said she can take me, I replied that I’ll wait for (sauna). Sauna had a customer anyway but I was willing to wait. y’all when sauna got ready to do my eyebrows and lashes she looked at me sooo nasty. So I asked her why was she looking at me like that. She replied sum stupid stuff. But my eye started burning again y’all like they utensils aren’t clean. and that’s why I don’t be wanting any and everyone in my face that’s just like when a man get his haircut he he don’t want just anybody cutting his hair and unique eyebrow needs to stop recruiting new people To play in people face No ma’am. They lost a good customer I travel across town not anymore

The best experience ever with sana she’s amazing at everything she does she does my eyebrows and my lash lift she’s makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and always ask questions on how you want everything and they give good prices

Needed my brows arched on a Sunday due to my busy schedule; Ash was there til 6 pm and did a great job on my thick brows. She was friendly and polite.

They did my brows for 6 years while in grad school - waxing/threading. They killed it every time

They actually do very good work. I had an issue with them on the last service that I had from them. I still don't agree with having to pay them over half of the original price that l pay for my service because of what went wrong with my lashes. But, with this being said, I will continue to get my lashes done there. I know that if I feel like the person is not doing something correct, I will speak up RIGHT then.
