They did a great job on my lash extensions. As a first timer I also wasn’t sure how natural I wanted the look. She was patient in working with what I wanted. I had a great experience here and will go back.

Today, August 03,2023 I went from this to this! Merchant refused to refund me via Groupon and then just stopped responding to my texts. She took too much off my right eyebrow and arched it totally different from my left eyebrow. She did not apologize or try to make this better by just refunding me my $250. Then had the nerve to say she would fix them in two weeks. How? And who would go back after this botched job? I'm beyond disappointed in how my eyebrows were done and beyond upset on how she did not appropriately handle this situation! Good customer service would have been to just apologize and just refund me my $250 for botching my eyebrows via her Microblading. This was not a professional job. I do not recommend anyone using this company!

I visited Lash and Brow Spa in Alabaster on May 21 and had a very concerning experience. I went in for a standard threading service, but left with broken skin, visible scabbing, and real worries about potential scarring on my face. The technician used thread held in her mouth, which I found unsanitary—especially since that same thread broke my skin multiple times, which you can clearly see in the scabbing that developed afterward. I’ve since needed to seek medical evaluation. I also asked for hair to be removed from my neck, and was told that wasn’t included in the $41 price because the neck was considered sideburns. She said she’d include it “this time,” but didn’t seem to take care with that area, and now it’s where some of the worst irritation is which makes me feel this damage was malicious. To make things worse, my eyebrows were left uneven, with one side much thinner than the other. She offered to tint them afterward, which I hadn’t originally wanted—but after losing most of my right brow, I considered it just to make them look balanced again. I’ve filed complaints with the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and the BBB, because this was a disappointing and damaging experience. I would not recommend this spa for facial services.

Went in for a last extensions and they didn’t even last two days- after stating multiple times I didn’t want eyebrow tint somehow I ended up with them being tinted and they turned out GREY when I am a redhead. ALSO! I left with glue ALL over my face and my face stained with eyebrow tint. I had to go back in after seeing it in the sunlight but she couldn’t get it off. I do not recommend this establishment as it was a HUGE waste of money.

I got the lash lift and tint along with the eyebrow tint and shape. She did the most amazing job they have never looked better and I look forward to returning for more service s! 10/10 would recommend to a friend
