I had a really disappointing experience and I was so excited to finally get in to see her. From the moment I walked in, my excitement turned to where I felt like I was more of a burden than a client. She barely acknowledged me when I came in and it hardly any communications thereafter except asking had I ever had my browns done before. The whole appointment felt cold, like she just wanted to get it over with. Worse than the lack of hospitality? I hated my brows .I Definitely won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

The atmosphere was so comfortable. I instantly fell asleep. Ms. Temperance was very warm and welcoming. The service didn't take long at all. My henna brows were beautiful for 2 days. After that, they faded so badly. I didn't get them wet as instructed. It was an experience, but I don't think I'll do it again. If it lasts two weeks, I would at least go once a month.

Best investment I have made! I got my brows done in 2019. Temperance did an Amazing job! I see her yearly for my touch up. People comment on my brows daily. Several family members and friends have gotten their brows done because of the amazing work she did on mine. Don’t hesitate to book with her.

She was professional, took her time matching the perfect color as well as constructing the perfect brow for my face frame. My brows are over a year and a half old and I still get compliments.
