The Esthetic Loft

Had an INCREDIBLE experience at The Esthetic Loft! I got my eyebrows microbladed by Dana and it could not have gone better. The office space was clean, modern, inviting, and they had great polite service at check-in. My two sessions went seamless, Dana made me feel so comfortable and in good hands! She is AMAZING! Even when I was unsure about things, she assured me if I wasn't happy with the results I could return and she would make sure I loved it. (Which didn't need to happen because she killed it!) Great professionalism and you can tell she really cares for her clients. I would recommend Esthetic Loft to anyone and will be returning here for any future services!

I went in for microblading services in January and received unsatisfactory results that left my eyebrows looking horrible and was promised a half a refund on several occasions from Dana. The last date that I was supposed to receive a refund was on 4/15/25. I reached out this month to inquire about the refund and still have not received a refund or a response. I really didn’t want to do this review because I was hoping the owner would make it right because we spoke on several occasions about the service and the refund. I really wanted to be able to support this business from one black business woman to another, but I can’t! I can’t refer anyone here for a service or in high regard. I see all the great reviews but that is not my experience!

I love the Esthetic loft! No place better for facials , micro-needling, micro-blading and lashes. And, I have done it all with amazing results! The salon has a cozy, upscale, spa like atmosphere. The owner and technicians are warm and professional and top of game. Since I discovered this wonderful gem, I haven't gone anywhere else.

Not only is Dana the best at eyelashes, she creates an atmosphere of peace and rest. I have come to know her and respect her work ethic and talent! Best in the biz!

I had microblading done at the Esthetic Loft by Dana. I had already had my brows done previously years ago and luckily she was able to touch them up and make them look good as new!! Dana is super kind, and makes sure you are happy and comfortable throughout your appointment. Her office is also beautiful and clean! I’m pleased with my results and would recommend her.
