Petro Facial Plastic Surgery

Although there are many plastic surgeons in our area, Dr. Petro is a perfectionist and I trust her eye for detail ! I truly appreciate the individualized treatment plan she delivers with a vast knowledge of the hows and why's behind the recommendation. I never feel a high pressured sales pitch to have unnecessary procedures, but I know if she recommends something to me, Dr. Petro has researched it thoroughly, it is the best possible solution and she has probably experienced it herself. Dr. Petro's team is caring and friendly and the very best at their jobs. From the front door to the treatment area and every stop in between, patients are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism!

| like Dr Petro and have used her services and that of her staff on a number of occasions over the years and been happy with results. However, I am not pleased with my most recent experience of getting under eye filler for the first time ever in August. Her guesstimate for the amount of product was not adequate to accomplish the goal of eliminating the dark circle under one eye. Pictures in September showed no change. When later brought to her attention, it was requested I wait for other extenuating circumstances to resolve before making a final judgement. Upon my return for evaluation, it was determined the solution was to add more filler at a cost higher than the initial amount I was charged. I believe there were unresolved issues with the original service being only partially provided. As best I understood, she believes a less than optimum service was provided that I should accept and be satisfied with because "filler is in there." As my goal was eliminating dark circles, and I only got one for the cost of two, that's not acceptable. The onus was placed on me to choose additional product with no previous discount offered, leaving me feeling they thought my concern was unreasonable and disconnected to the prior procedure while their roles had been conducted in good faith so were indisputable.

Every visit is an amazing experience with Dr. Petro and her team! She is truly the best and only person I trust with my Botox and filler. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and I always leave feeling beautiful and confident. Dr. Petro and her team of girls hype me up every single visit — they’re so sweet, uplifting, and make me feel completely comfortable. The office itself is absolutely stunning too. The moment you walk in it feels luxurious, calming, and so well put together. And I have to say… Dr. Petro is just fabulous and her scrub game is always the cutest! If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, caring, and genuinely invested in your results, Dr. Petro is it. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr Petro is an expert in the field of aesthetics and facial plastic surgery. I come in, tell her to do whatever she thinks I need. I've never had a droopy lid or asymmetry. I have consistently been completely satisfied with my results over the years I have been coming to her. Candace is always a gem when scheduling my appointments. Dr Petro truly cares about her work and the results I carry that reflect her work. I will preface by saying, I am my worst critic. Dr Petro has refrained from doing certain procedures I have inquired about bc she does not think I need them. If she were a MD looking only for monetary gain, she'd do "all the things." I appreciate her honesty and trust her with my face 100%. I cannot say enough good things about Petro Facial Plastic Surgery. I love her and her staff.

I wish all doctors were like Dr Petro. Her commitment along with her wonderful staff to providing every patient the best level of service is exceptional from beginning to end! I have been her patient for many years and this has ALWAYS been my experience.
