I’ve been a client at Smart Skin Med Spa in both Homewood and Hoover for years, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff and especially, Natalia! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and I trust her expertise and recommendations completely—whether it’s services or products. The pricing is very reasonable, and the whole team is so easy to work with and always accommodating. Both of my daughters also love going, which says a lot! I’m so grateful to have found Natalia and Smart Skin, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this facility on 8/28/25. I received an Elite facial from Giovanna - it was wonderful! She helped me pick the right service for my skin type and performed the service superbly. After my facial, Emily G. helped me make some great product choices for at-home care and helped me schedule my next service. Everyone I encountered while there was very friendly and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be visiting regularly.

I cannot say enough great things about my facials with Jennifer!!! I have very sensitive skin and she always takes the time to really understand what it needs. She is so knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, and every treatment leaves my skin calm, refreshed, and glowing. I always leave feeling pampered and confident. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to take care of your skin, Jennifer is the best—I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else!

I have been a member for a few years now but since opening the Ross bridge location I have been coming here! I just wanted to say I love smart skin!! Everyone is always so nice especially my girl Jennifer she does a great job and it’s so relaxing!! My face has never looked or felt so good!!!

I had a Glow facial with Gia at the Ross Bridge location on August 15th and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about skin care and procedures and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire Smart Skin staff was great! I had to bring my children with me for my appointment, and the front desk staff and estheticians were so sweet and accommodating! One of the estheticians even gave my daughter a sample face mask when she found out she was into skin care and spa nights. Emily at the front desk especially went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The facility is beautiful and the staff is top notch. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!
