For years, I had wanted to get rid of my jowls and “turkey neck,” but I was always scared. Part of me worried about the risks, and part of me criticized myself for feeling vain. Finally, at age 72, I decided, enough — I’m doing this. I did extensive research and, based on recommendations from another plastic surgeon, went out-of-state to consult with Dr. Rousso. That decision was one of the best I have ever made. I am now just one week post-surgery and I honestly cannot begin to describe how ecstatic I am with the results. Dr. Rousso did an absolutely exemplary job. The outcome already looks incredible, and I know it will only continue to improve as I heal. Equally impressive was the care I received from his entire staff. They addressed my fears and concerns with genuine kindness and professionalism. From the very beginning, I felt cared for, supported, and respected by every member of the team. We can cover many parts of our bodies, but our faces are what the world sees. Dr. Rousso and his amazing team are absolutely the best in the business. From first consultation to my finished procedure, Dr. Rousso and staff were the epitome of professionalism. He has assembled the most incredible team. Echols, Latoya, April, Reagan, Johnna, Sarah Beth, Victoria, Keaton, Dr. Vandiver - it does not matter - every single person is kind, courteous, and professional. I've referred several male friends to Dr. Rousso for neo-graft, and I know that one of them also had this procedure done. And like me, he loves it! I will not go anywhere else for hair or skin care. Dr. Rousso is the best anywhere! Highly recommend.

I was told when I paid for my procedure directly after consultation that because I was paying in full no installments that my consultation fee would be waved. The day after my rhinoplasty, my husband was told that was an oversight and I was now responsible for the bill. My nose looks nothing like the digital altered pic I was shown that my nose would look like. Me, my husband, family, friends, coworkers along with current pics of my nose all see no change. My septum was fixed but my insurance already said they’d cover that at 100%. My insurance wasn’t used due to physician saying it was all cosmetic. There is no cosmetic visible changes. In fact, my nose is bigger in bulb and nostrils. I’m out the cost of the surgery, recovery time, and additional cost for out of state traveling. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I was told I’d be satisfied with my results. I’m not. I breathe better, yes. But, my insurance would have covered that part anyway. I lost 84lbs. This surgery was a gift to myself for my hard work. Now, it’s a financial regret.

Dr. Rousso did my nose about 5 years ago. He absolutely changed my life. The only thing I saw in the mirror was my nose and I hated it. Now I love my nose, and my side profile. By far the best decision I ever made. Whenever I tell someone that I had a nose job they are always surprised because my nose looks so natural and perfect on my face. I had consults with two other doctors and both of them said that they would do it but they recommended Dr. Rousso because he specializes in faces and noses. They said he would do a much better job than they could have done. I 100% recommend going to Dr. Rousso for anything face related.. because why wouldn't you want someone who specializes in faces to do your face?

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this office and staff, from the time I booked my very first appointment all the way through my post-op appointments. The staff is beyond courteous and professional, and they are quick to return calls and address any concerns. My surgery was exactly what Dr. Adams & I discussed. I could not be any happier with my overall treatment. Dr. Adams is also one of the most compassionate surgeons. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed with him or his staff. I’m beyond pleased!
