I’m disappointed with my experience. I initially came in seeking treatment for undereye hollowness and trusted the recommendations I was given. I was advised to purchase expensive creams and proceed with filler, with reassurance that I would see improvement. Unfortunately, I have not seen any results whatsoever. There has been no noticeable improvement in the slightest. What has been even more upsetting is the lack of genuine concern shown afterward. Instead of discussing why the treatment may not have worked or exploring thoughtful solutions, I have only been offered the option to pay for additional procedures. I placed my trust in this practice and invested a significant amount of money based on their professional guidance. I expected transparency, realistic expectations, and follow-up care focused on patient outcomes — not upselling. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to prioritize patient care and accountability over additional sales.

This is what the owner of Renew said the other day about referring patients out for Mohs surgery "If Mohs surgery is needed, we provide our patients with a seamless referral to highly skilled, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in the community." Well, there are at least 12 Mohs surgeons in the Bham area. Do you tell them about each one?

First time with Renew and Dr.Curl. Very clean and inviting environment. Super nice and accommodating staff. Dr. Curl relieved any anxiety and answered all my questions. We talked about medical and cosmetic appointments and made me feel appreciated as a patient. Will definitely keep a regular appointment there.
