I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this Woodlawn Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk team made scheduling and paperwork simple, and I was seen right on time. The Dr Williams was exceptional — thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining my treatment options. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I especially appreciated the gentle approach and clear communication, which helped ease any anxiety I had. The office itself is clean and equipped with modern technology, which made the visit smooth and reassuring. It is clear that patient care and comfort are top priorities here. I would confidently recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

I just wanna say that I’ve been going Woodlawn for almost 20 some years and every time I go, I have no problem. They are very professional very kind. Very understanding they listen to you. I can’t even began to thank you enough Dr. Williams for the answers we finally got today 11/07/2025 from you. He is a fantastic Dr, and would highly recommend him to anyone that may need help with their teeth or just need answers as to what is really going on with their mouth when 4 other DMD’s couldn’t they just basically pushed him out the door with the same answers just the way his mouth is what they would say. Finally got answers as to what was wrong with his gums. He takes the time with you to explain in detail when nobody else would because I found if it wasn’t something they couldn’t make money on they wanted nothing to do with you. That was the other DMD’s. He truly cares about you as a patient and human being, and not how many dollars he can make. It’s so nice to know there are some caring Dr’s still out there. I can’t again thank you for the piece of mind Kris and I finally got. I will personally tell anybody if you have to see an oral surgeon make it Dr. Benjamin Williams and don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else. The office staff are fantastic to. All of them where very kind. They also do teeth cleanings they are great at that to.

Always a great experience. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Had a really good cleaning. The hygienist was very informative and explained everything she was doing. I’ve never had a hygienist explain the procedure. All my experiences at Woodlawn Dental have been excellent. I highly recommend it.
