Whitney brown was amazing, from the time I walked In her attitude was polite and friendly and welcoming. She complimented on my outfit and made me feel as though we was friends and I’ve been coming here for years but this was my first visit. She was knowledgeable about the process and informed me on my doctor who was also very nice and kind. They worked with me on payment plans. This dentist is EVERYTHING. And now my new home!

The best dental experience ever. I had a dental emergency with my crown coming completely off from another dentist office. Dr. Outlaw not only reattached the crown but also showed me where I needed a root canal procedure, he finished the root canal and reattached my crown in a very short period of time which allowed me to make it to work on time and completely pain free! I cannot be more thankful and I highly recommend Birmingham Family Dental. Dr. Outlaw and my hygienist who I didn’t get her name were wonderful, professional and really nice. She is of Asian descent.

Visited for a dental emergency. They were packed. I thought for sure I’d be waiting forever but they were super fast. They moved through that huge line quickly. They got me in fast, took x-rays quickly, and used deductive reasoning to figure out what I needed. I was very appreciative of them. Everyone was incredibly nice, well mannered, positive. They’re definitely a great option if you need help quickly!

I haven’t been to any facilities in a long time that has been so nice and professional!! From the moment of check-in till after checkout time leaving have I had a better experience in several years. I am very impressed with every person we encountered with such a nice and great attitude and it was around 3 when I arrived and just before 5 leaving. The time frame was very good! The worked me in with an office FULL of appointments!! This was nothing I could get at ANY dentist in Tuscaloosa. A+ Rating from me!!! Thank you to the entire office staff and Dentist.

I would truly rather swim with sharks than go to the dentist… until today. I had a dental emergency and didn’t have an appointment. I walked in expecting a long wait and stress — instead, I waited less than 10 minutes before being taken back and immediately evaluated by Dr. Powers and her wonderful, extremely efficient assistant. A treatment plan was quickly created and executed flawlessly. I was out of there in less than an hour and a half — completely satisfied and, most importantly, no longer in pain. This practice should be the standard for how medical offices operate. Professional, compassionate, efficient, and organized. I would recommend Birmingham Family Dentistry to everyone I know without hesitation.
