I had a truly pleasant experience during my visit. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere itself was very relaxing, which helped ease any nerves I had. I received a teeth whitening treatment , and Maddie did a phenomenal job—she was gentle, attentive, and explained everything clearly. Dr. Thompson is highly knowledgeable and offered great insight during a separate consultation, helping me understand my options without feeling rushed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

It was my first time seeing Dr Thompson and she was so knowledgeable, kind and skilled! She went above and beyond and even quickly fixed an issue I wasn’t even scheduled to fix. 100/10! Can’t wait to go back! Also, all of her staff members were precious and very helpful. I will be making the drive from Hoover to Homewood for sure from now on.

Everyone is so pleasant and happy, from the front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Thompson. The office is bright and you feel each individual exam room is private , while being open to light with the window exam rooms. Parking is a breeze and just a short walk down stairs. The new polishing equipment for cleaning is a plus! No more sand-paper scrubbing, but a gentle flow of mint flavored warm water polishes your teeth. When I had a broken filling, they were so kind to work me in that day! Highly recommend!!

Though this is not my normal dentist, I stopped in for a teeth whitening session. Dr. Thompson is in a nondescript building but when you step into her space it is clear that they take their job, their image, and your smile very seriously. The cleanliness, vibrancy, and bright white of the facility is noticeable and distinctly different than the rest of the building. Dr. Thompson's team was phenomenal from my super early checkin to wishing me well on my way out the door. Overall, Dr. Thompson is too far of a drive for my normal dentist but will be on the top of my list for special sessions like this one.

My sister and I have been going to Dr. Thompson for a while now and we love her and her team! We always have a blast and they do a great job with filler and Botox. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
