Presbyterian Infusion Services in Albuquerque at Presbyterian Hospital

My visit to the infusion center today was very pleasant. There is nothing more comforting than a great nurse when you are not well and do not know what to expect. Laura was my nurse this morning and she made my visit stress free and I felt that she cared professionally. Thank you very much. Great Job.

I went in for my first iron infusion - it was a smooth and low-stress experience. The nurses took really good care of me (especially Eva!), gave clear explanations, I was comfortable, and everything ran like clockwork. Highly recommend.

The horrible experience I had relates to the age of the nurses working there; that is, they're all too old to be working there. I just watched my nurse Ruth N. do absolutely nothing in 30 minutes time! Don't go there to get an infusion!

Had an order from our physician sent on a Tuesday morning to the infusion center for a STAT test. Called multiple times that day to express the urgency of the situation. Heard back on Thursday that they could squeeze me in on Friday. I’m no physician, but I know the meaning of STAT isn’t “we’ll get to it in a few days.” Another shining star example of New Mexico healthcare. I’ll pass and head to Phoenix.

This infusion Center is Top Notch!!! I have been going here for years for my arthritis medication and they treat me like family! I couldn't expect more! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU ALL!!!
