Pure Infusion Suites of Albuquerque

I was super nervous about receiving my first infusion. Thankfully my doctor referred me to Pure Infusions and they actually made it a great experience. Becca was welcoming from the moment I walked in. They got me back to a private room incredibly fast. My nurse Laura was absolutely lovely, explaining every step of the process. She even helped my son hook up our Nintendo Switch to the TV so we could play some Mario Party during the infusion! There was a nice assortment of snacks and beverages to choose from, even though we brought our own. It was nice to be so well taken care of during a scary time. I definitely won't be nervous to go back for my next treatment.

Pure Infusion Suites of Albuquerque is the most professional, friendly, caring place I've ever experienced. From the moment I called I was greeted by Becca with kindness and respect and when I entered the office nothing changed. Becca is amazing and makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Erin the individual that gave me the shot was also amazing and took her time and showed kindness. Don't go anywhere else in Albuquerque - the people at Pure Infusion Suites on Alameda in Albuquerque truly care.

I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this facility. It started with a wonderful and warm greeting, an offer of an array of goodies from the refrigerator or snack room, and just a general sense of ease and calm. The nurse who came in was knowledgeable, informative, and kind - taking her time explaining my new drug and what was going to happen. We then reviewed everything to look out for with regards to side effects, and she answered every question I then was eased by the visuals of a Roku fish tank in a comfortable recliner with perfect room temperature. What should’ve been a very stressful event – turned out to be an outing of being pampered and taken care of. Thank you to everyone at this infusion center.

The facility is very clean, and quite comfortable. Staff is cordial and polite and helpful. This is a huge improvement over having to go to a clinic and sitting in a room with a large group of other people. Individual rooms with TV and snack snacks and support from the staff. I highly recommend this.

Very relaxing experience for my first monthly Evenity shot. Everyone was helpful and well-informed about what I could expect. They also offer a nice selection of beverages and snacks.
