They are always running late. We waited and waited and finally had to cancel our appointments because we had another medical appointment afterwards we couldn't miss. Then they couldn't reschedule us until a year out for one of us. Now they rescheduled our rescheduled appointment. If we didn't take the one offered new date we'd have to wait a year to be seen.

I am a new patient to the practice and found the staff and Pooneh Newton PA very efficient and good at explaining the rationale behind the process. As I sat in the waiting area I observed several patients scheduling appointments that were pretty far out … January of 2027 for a full body exam! I observed a woman who stopped in to straighten out a referral in person because her calls were not being returned. Bottom line I realized how busy this practice is. It made me appreciate how hard healthcare workers work because of all the shortages in their field. Access to healthcare, especially any kind of specialty can be very challenging here in NM. As a new patient I wish I could have had a full body exam at this first appointment to get established in this practice. Because of a condition I have they scheduled me for another visit in 3 months so I believe I will get exam below the waist. While I was waiting in the exam room I had time to notice the cracked and damaged casing for the hand hygiene rub, a tube of ointment on the counter without a cap, a sharps container that was too full,

Pooneh Newton is the best! So professional but also personable and very, very funny! I had my annual screening and it was thorough and issues were addressed immediately. Highly recommended!!!!!

Made numerous requests for a callback on my biopsy results. For any info, Epiphany refers patients back to their online app. The app does not load on older iPhones without IOS 17. So I f one has an older iPhone or no smartphone, it is IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve any results. Calling Epiphany is useless since no one pics up and the Epiphany recorded message repeats incessantly. Now after this review is submitted, an inane apology will be computer generated response/apology will be posted. Absolutely useless agency and extremely overpriced. But then again, this is corporate managed American healthcare.
