Massage at Blue Sky

As a long time massage lover, I was excited to hear that Lovelace Westside was offering massages while I did PT post surgery. I signed up right away, excited to relax. Little did I know that I was about to meet a wizard! Cal is the single greatest medical provider I have ever worked with. And when they moved to the current facility across town, there wasn’t a question of if I would follow, just when. You can get a relaxing massage if that is what you want or need but Cal is infinitely more! Cal helped me recover from my hysterectomy, prepared me for my knee surgery and has helped me post op in so many ways. Cal has vast knowledge of the human body; tendons, muscle, sinews…Cal understands the whole body connection and knows how to help. We have worked together through shoulder issues, planters fasciitis, headaches, sleeplessness…the list goes on…10 out of 10 stars, would 100% recommend and do on a regular basis.

Two days before I was scheduled to leave for vacation to run a marathon and do a 5-day canoe trip in Minnesota my knee started acting up. I saw Cal the day before I left for vacation and a miracle(s) happened! Cal treated me and my knee pain went away and I noticed that my knee mobility and tracking were significantly better--my knee hadn't felt that good or moved that well in a long time!

Cal has been able to relieve my back pain and neck pain. She is like no other. Her technique is terrific. I can actually turn my head from side to side. Thank you,
