Im reading very strange and shocking reviews on this place. Yes, there have been cancelations but people are human. And the staff has always helped me get in with someone else or scheduled me promptly with the next available date. I had to cancel my membership due to moving around January 2023. Zero issues on that front as well. I can not stress how wonderful this place was to me while I was living in Albuquerque. I long for the quality of massages I received (and at the price). Never had issues with any of the staff. Maybe my worst experience was the time a MT passed gas during my session 😂 but again we're human. Even if I'm just passing through i would absolutely do my best to get a session in.

Only place in ABQ I go for massages. They’re very sweet and do an awesome professional job. Love the layout of the place and they have monthly membership options!

I've had chronic back pain for 25+ years. Facet injections, PT, and anti-inflammatories did little to help. After a massage with Cameron, I was able to sleep pain-free for the first time in decades. I would highly recommend this business and it's therapists.

0 STARS!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! In the 10 months I've been going, I have had massages canceled 3 times. 30% of my appointments! This past Tuesday I left work at 2:40 to go in for a 3pm appointment. I was checked in, used the restroom and got a drink of water when I was then told the therapist wasn't going to make it in! Obviously I was not happy since I was already there, and this was a reschedule from 2 weeks ago when they canceled on me. The woman who checked me in was very apologetic and told me that she would have Jo, the manager, call me the next day since I wanted to cancel my membership. Jo did not call and I had to call her this morning. She did not act like she knew anything about the situation and had not gotten a message. She said that all she could do was not process my next payment! Even though my September payment was just processed on the 24th and I have not had a massage due to them canceling, and I spent 50 minutes of time driving there on Tuesday she was not willing to do anything. Additionally, I purchased a $150 gift card for my daughter and there is still a credit on that. Jo said she would not be refunding me. She was extremely patronizing and even called me "mija", as if I was too stupid to understand business and how past payments can't be refunded. I asked for a call back from the owner and was told she would try but he's out of town.

I really enjoyed my couple's massage with Amanda. She was great! Thanks for supporting Make a Wish!
