Massage Bliss by Olivia

I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I attempted to book a massage with “Massage Bliss by Olivia” at 1005 Luna Cir NW in Albuquerque. After reaching out, I received text messages requesting a 50% deposit sent via Zelle before confirming the appointment. A few things immediately felt off. First, I tried calling the listed numbers multiple times and never got an answer. All communication was handled through text. Second, when I searched the address, another business called Sacred Healing is listed at the exact same location. I called Sacred Healing directly, someone answered, and I ended up booking with them instead. When I informed them that another massage business was advertising the same address, the person I spoke with was clearly not pleased. The biggest concern came when I was asked to send the deposit through Zelle. The only person listed publicly for Massage Bliss by Olivia is Olivia. However, when I entered the Zelle information, the name that appeared was a man’s name, Timothy P. I asked via text why the payment was going to someone else. The response I received was, “That’s my boss.” That explanation did not give me confidence. To summarize my experience: – 50% deposit required via Zelle before appointment confirmation – No one answered when I called – Different business listed at the same address – Zelle payment going to a different name than the business name – Explanation provided was simply, “That’s my boss” I’m not accusing anyone of anything. I’m just stating the facts of my experience and why I ultimately chose to book elsewhere. When it comes to sending money electronically to someone you’ve never spoken to, transparency matters. Do your own due diligence and proceed carefully.

This was my first time here and by far one of my favorite places for massage. I loved the calm energy and ambiance when I entered. Usually, when I have been to places in the past the waiting room is too bright and just not the vibe I want leaving or entering a massage. During my session Olivia was very intuitive to various places that needed work and spent extra time there. She was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her the entire time! Can’t recommend this place enough!! 🤗
