Wow, what a truly hidden gem, even for Albuquerque. The remedy day spa is about a four minute drive from my home and had I not looked up or heard about it online I would never have known what it was or how special a place it would become to me. I absolutely love soaking in water and this is just a place to do it. The prices are reasonable. The employees are super respectful and make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in. The facilities are nice and clean. I actually appreciate the sand that is in the water as I find it to be very grounding and part of the experience. I’ve noticed that some people described water as dirty, however, I don’t think this is the case at all. I think the water is pure and filled with minerals, which is exactly what I specifically am fond of. This is perfect for a once a month reset to bring a book some water and ground yourself. I can’t thank the staff enough for the services that they provided me and this local gem. Regarding parking, they do have reserve spots. I’ve never had a problem with that in the parking is free, which I appreciate. I’ve only done the soaps and I’ve never done the massages or body wraps, but I’ve heard they’re from anon from people getting out of their treatments while I was at the spa. I also really really appreciate the Tea and water relaxation room. It’s always nice to have a community feel by creating a space like that supports and gives access to everyone to wind down or prepare for their service that they’re about to receive. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and I’m blessed to have found it.

Went in with my partner last Saturday to soak in the communal pool for an hour. It was $107 for two people (overpriced) with a robe and locker provided. We were told a robe and locker was included with the soak. (It wasn't.) No problem, but we would have brought our own robes if given the correct information by the girl at the counter. Anyway, When we entered the communal area we found the pool to be quite small. Maybe large enough for 3-4 people if you wanted to get cozy (we didn't.). There were two women talking loudly in the pool and only enough chairs out for two people. My partner and I decided to leave and asked for a refund. This was Saturday at 1:30pm. We were told by the girl at the corner that she couldn't process a refund and they would be in touch. Well by now I didn't really trust the girl at the counters communication skills so we sent a follow up email that same day so that the manager would have our contact info. It is now 4 days later and the manager has not responded to emails or voicemails. After repeated attempts to get ahold of someone they told me the manager would be in the office Wednesday (today). So after repeated calls today the girl at the counter answered the phone and told me the manager would get back to me when it was most convient for them, and that she just "works there."So I guess that means the place isn't really managed at all. Update*. The assistant manager, Sean called five days later and claimed he also couldn't issue a refund. He then claimed we were there an hour. (We weren't). Before hanging up on us. So Mandy Warr (the owner) Please contact us and make this right because it seems your staff is incapable.

Poor Customer Service/ Misleading Information!! My partner and I just visited the spa for a communal soak this past weekend. Before arriving, I called for information and had to ask several questions in order to get any information out of the person who answered. I asked if robes and towels are available with the package or if I need to bring my own, and she said yes they are included. Upon arrival, she greeted us and we checked in. Then, she asked if we would like to rent a locker for $10 per person, it included robes and towels. I obviously had not brought my own because she said they were included with the cost of the soak when I spoke to her on the phone. We got ready and went to the spa area. The tub is big enough for three people comfortably. There were already two people in there, who were talking so loud, I could hear them before walking out the door. I even walked down to the private area thinking, “there must be more communal pools for us to fit.” There was not. There aren’t even enough chairs to sit on for the 4 people that were there. Even if you were in a private pool area, you would still be able to hear the two women talking. It is not worth it at all :( We left immediately and requested a refund without using the facilities (so we wouldn't be charged). The front desk attendant asked for our keys to the locker and said her manager would be contacting us. So, you're telling me the person who handles transactions isn’t able to process refunds? Needless to say, this was definitely not the experience we had expected. We never heard from the manager, or anyone else for that matter, and so I followed up with an email, and another email, and more phone calls, all going unanswered. It's been almost a week since we were told we would be contacted, and still nothing. The staff are incompetent and the manager is unavailable. Someone should be there at all times that is able to handle monetary transactions. Don't trust these people with your money!

I've been going to the Remedy since I think ~2019 as a member and guest. I can candidly say this is one of the best kept secrets in Albuquerque. Every visit, the staff has been so kind and attentive to make sure our visit is comfortable. It is always clean and peaceful, even being on Central Ave./across from UNM. One of the few day spas in ABQ where you can soak and cold plunge for a full hydrotherapy experience. Everything here is intentional and crafted with love. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself! ✨💛⭐

I’ll give it zero reviews I had a really disappointing experience with customer service at The Remedy Day Spa. I called 24 hours in advance regarding my appointment, but instead of trying to work with me or offer any solution, I felt dismissed and not helped at all. Clear communication and basic flexibility go a long way, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. And Chris is no help
