Sacred Healing Massage & Bodywork

I had a great initial experience at Sacred Healing. My massages with Celestina and Regan were some of the best I’ve had—professional, attentive, and truly therapeutic. During my last appointment, there was a last-minute switch in massage therapist and the session was changed to a deep tissue massage. I didn’t have an issue with the change at the time, especially since I’ve had 15+ deep tissue massages in the past with no problems. Unfortunately, this session was extremely uncomfortable and painful, far beyond what I’ve ever experienced. The pain and discomfort persisted, and five days later I had to visit Urgent Care as a result. When I reached out to the owner to explain what happened, I was disappointed by the response. Instead of empathy or concern, the response felt defensive and focused on resolving the issue quickly rather than understanding the injury. When I requested a refund to help cover the Urgent Care visit, I was told, “I don’t know who this is or what you’re referring to,” which was especially frustrating given the circumstances. While Sacred Healing has some truly excellent massage therapists, my experience with the owner’s response was disappointing. A business centered around healing should prioritize client well-being and accountability when something goes wrong. I truly wish this situation had been handled with more care and compassion.

Came in with some pretty bad neck pain today. Couldn't turn my head either way. DeAnna was great. Made me feel very comfortable. Listened to every word I had to say and was highly conscious to what I was feeling before even starting the massage. And was even more conscious to every bit of pain I had during and worked through it with me as hard as it was and I appreciated it greatly. You can pay anyone for a massage you cant make someone care. Which she did, I highly recommend and ill be back soon.

Incredible massage and healing experience in a relaxing and clean environment. Deanna has a relaxing and restorative touch, I feel soothed, healed and heard every time I leave. I enjoy the space, as well!

I highly recommend Celestina! I came in with severe neck pain on the left side and could barely turn my head. She worked out the knots while still giving me an incredibly relaxing massage something I didn’t think was possible. I’ll definitely be back!
