*Updated review* After my initial "bad" review, the owner reached out to me immediately and clarified that she never received any of my calls. She then got my number, gave me a call, answered all of my questions, and guided me through all things paramedical tattoo wise. I look forward to working with her on my inquiries and will update again after my services! Let's all be mindful that sometimes there are misunderstandings, and it's not always bad customer service (speaking to myself )! I'm often surrounded by bad customer service, so I am quick to call it out/not tolerate it, but when a business/person goes out of their way to rectify the misunderstanding, it's only right of me to acknowledge it and rectify my review.
