I just have to rave real quick! I want to preface by saying I’m VERY picky about my hair. I had a keratin treatment done with Haylen and she was AMAZING. She was so kind, helpful, so detail oriented, and an absolute master in her craft. I told her my concerns with my hair being frizzy/dry/unmanageable (I have curly hair) and how I’d always wanted to try a keratin but was always talked out of it by other hair stylists. She educated me and took her time going through all options, I trusted her and fast forward 2 months later, this keratin treatment is STILL going strong. My hair is extremely easy to manage, SO soft, I step outside and it does not frizz nor feel dry. I’m incredibly happy with my results, I can not recommend her enough and will absolutely be going back :)
