I had been considering permanent eyeliner for quite some time and was referred to Nicole Montaño. Let me just say… This was my very first tattoo and on my sensitive eyes of all places! But it was worth a try, especially after seeing my friend’s results. Nevertheless, the best waterproof eyeliner smears on me, saving time in the morning, and waking up beautiful was on the table, so I went ahead and got it done!!! I was beyond pleased with Nicole’s services and my results! She was patient, gentle and kind. Especially with my rapid blinking watery eyes and nervous system going into overdrive, lol. Nicole also understands face mapping and is a gifted artist. I highly recommend and trust Nicole and will definitely be returning for more services! 🥂
