I brought my 8-year-old son in expecting one extraction, but on the day of the procedure we were informed he needed five instead. I was surprised and confused, as I believed this would have been clearly reviewed during the consultation. During the consultation, we did not meet the surgeon and the X-rays were not reviewed in detail. Everything was discussed the day of surgery, which felt overwhelming. When I expressed confusion, the dentist responded with, “Well, I’m telling you today.” That response felt dismissive at a time when I needed clarification and reassurance. As a parent preparing my child for sedation, I was anxious and looking for support. The assistant also did not offer much comfort to my son, who was nervous. Ultimately, the doctor chose not to proceed due to the emotional atmosphere. I believe communication and compassion are essential in pediatric care. Based on our experience, I will not be rescheduling or referring others. As you can see ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ They are quick to respond to a review post. It was not end of the day as this happened early in the morning. Provider (THOUGHT)!! What!???! See confusion there. If we were unfit why wasn’t this done on the constitution????!!!!

I had a tooth extraction done here and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was so sweet and kind, which really helped calm my nerves. The oral surgeon was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable the entire time. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt very well cared for before, during, and after my visit. I’m so grateful for such an amazing team and highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had buccal fat removal with Dr. Tuggle. A dental assistant administered propofol through my IV while the surgeon was not in the room. Propofol is a powerful anesthesia drug, and this situation felt very unsafe. Assistants are not licensed to give this medication and the doctor should administer and be present.

Dr. Tuggle is really good at his job. He is a smart and careful doctor who never rushes you. He makes you feel important by listening to all of your questions and giving you his full attention. What's really great is that his help doesn't stop after the surgery; he takes wonderful care of you during your recovery to make sure everything heals perfectly. His staff is also very nice and kind, which makes the whole experience much better. For any facial surgery you might want, I would highly recommend Dr. Tuggle. You will be in very good hands.

We had to come all the way from Roswell. They got us in the same day for the surgery so we didn’t have to go all the way back. The staff were friendly and very professional. My daughter felt at ease after Dr. Tuggle met with us!
