Elizabeth MD Facial Plastic Surgery

I was referred to Dr. Elizabeth by a friend after I had an awful experience with a “highly rated” dermatologist in Albuquerque. I had a lipoma on the side of my head that was too big to ignore. The dermatologist said he could cut it out but I may have a scar. In addition, he said there was a possibility it could grow back in a FEW YEARS. First let’s talk about the dermatologist and the actual procedure. I was given locals for the procedure. No issues. When I got home however, pounding pain for hours that advil/ aspirin didn’t help. No warning, no it might hurt later so do this or take this. Then, back two weeks later because it grew back the same size. Two weeks! I heard excuse after excuse and I walked out. Now the better stuff. Met with Dr. Elizabeth who explained everything she could do and potential issues. I was expecting a crazy estimate because it’s not covered under insurance and well, it’s plastic surgery. Although not cheap, VERY reasonable. Not only was it reasonable the procedure itself was smooth sailing. I was worried about pain after the surgery and she told me there should be no issues with pain but, had a plan if there was. Of course she was right, no pain. It’s been months and no issues. I highly recommend her. One caveat, don’t bring your wife in to see all the cool stuff she can do, that’s where it will get expensive.

I received a treatment from Dr. Elizabeth, and during the procedure, she explained that the product she was using wasn't working the way she expected. She told me that she would redo the treatment using a product she is more familiar with in 6 months, at no extra charge. I came back 6 months later and she said she couldn't do anything until it had been one year. I came back again after it had been a year, and she either forgot, or pretended to not know why I was there. I asked about getting the treatment done, and she said she was not willing to redo that procedure. I felt very confused and frustrated. Not to mention the $5k I spent on a procedure that wasn't completed.

Dr. Elizabeth did a Septorhinoplasty for me on a broken nose that had occurred over two decades ago. I’ll be honest, I was really apprehensive about getting it fixed for many reasons, but decided to move forward because I had never really felt confident and beautiful as I disliked my nose so much. I cannot say enough about how amazing she is…the results are incredible. She really listened to me and took great care in fixing my septal deviation as well as cosmetically improving the appearance of my nose. She and her staff have been incredibly supportive throughout this entire process. I honestly can’t say enough. This is by far one of the best decisions I’ve made and I am so glad I chose Dr. Elizabeth to be my surgeon. She is very skilled, addressed all my concerns, and took great care and pride in her work. She is the best in her field in our state. Truly I can’t thank her enough! I highly recommend.

Dr. Escudero is amazing! His staff are all friendly and professional, I went to all the plastic surgeons in Albuquerque was less than impressed with my findings and was ready to go out of state for my procedure. Once I found Dr. Escudero I knew I was in good hands, his office is beautiful and clean, he uses the latest technology and takes his time to cover all the bases. Hes very thorough and made me feel so comfortable, even on the day of surgery all my nerves were immediately gone once he came in the room. A few hours following the procedure he personally called me to see how I was doing and was so kind. Completing my surgery with him was the best decision Ive ever made and I cant thank him enough!
