I went there oct 3 paid over 1k for filler. A month and a half later my eyes are still bulging. I went 3 weeks after I had the filler injected under my eyes and my lips and they say they injected me with hyaluronidase but I still see no improvement. I am not going back. My lips are disproportionate. They are bad business. Response: As I already stated, it’s been well over a month, since Oct 3rd do the math. The fact that you respond to my review to defend your malpractice and to admit in your own words I was overcharged and to continue to use excuses speaks low of you as a professional and confirms you are bad business. My case shouldn’t happened in the first place. Showing my eyes how they were before the treatment will make your business look even worse. So, I will do that here for you. Updated: 11/19/2025. The owner’s response was edited after her long explanation of how many units she charged me for 15 units and how many units she actually used 10 units. She explained how she injected hyaluronidase a month later and she only did a little bit of to avoid discoloration and my under eyes becoming hollow. She deleted 2 paragraphs of her original response because she unintentionally admitted she overcharged me and admitted her malpractice. I posted my before picture since she claims that the fillers although makes me look awful my under eyes look better wrinkle free. Please, this person takes no responsibility of her actions. She will do and say anything to make it look like you are the problem just like a narcissist does. Check her other bad reviews and how she responds to people.

I originally came in for my first appointment for under eye filler and tried to communicate clearly that I have a small face and probably do not need too much used. I felt not listened to, which is when I should have listened to my gut and left. Returned 2 weeks later because I looked like I had been punched in my face, hard time opening up eyes in the morning from all the swelling. Their response to me was that is normal, it looks fine, it will take a few months. Again, I unfortunately was very frustrated. This is esthetics, are you not looking at my face? I paid to get huge bags put under my eyes?! So I got them to put the enzyme reversal. Two weeks after that , I returned as I did not get much improvement... I am currently on my 3rd appointment in to try and get it removed and corrected. In all honesty it has been an absolutely horrible experience, I have missed work to be able to get in to have this corrected and this has ended up costing me so much more than just the cost of the original filler. Also, did get threads and had issues with them being too superficial, as well as a bump , but with my eyes being as bad as they were I chose to breath deeply and try to ignore that part, which has been improving with time. And treatments else where. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I requested to be reimbursed for my services and that was completely ignored.

Awesome! Everyone was very pleasant, made me feel so comfortable. Consultation was very thorough. I would highly recommend. Comparison to other places I've tried, no comparison. They were great.
