From the moment I arrived, Nicole and Stephanie made me feel welcomed. Decor was first rate and spotless. Stephanie treated me like a dear friend. She was completely authentic and caring. I had a customized facial with Naomi Kline, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Naomi has a wonderfully gentle touch while still being incredibly thorough. She took the time to understand my skin’s specific needs and tailored every step of the facial accordingly. The treatment was both deeply relaxing and effective—I could feel the care and expertise in everything she did. My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and glowing afterward. I love nurse Stephanie but four stars because it's very 🫰 without an invoice to see exactly what I pay for. Very clean place. I'd like more samples which I feel I've paid for after a mixup with a charge for cancellation (100 bucks ) which I wasn't told about the changes last year in which the young receptionist said takes 5 days for a cancellation but I was not informed prior. According to my nurse slash owner, it was always 5 days yet I remember being told in person, that it was 24 hrs. For the amount I'm paying, at least hit me up with more than one chintzy lip sample after paying so much! I need a full invoice also to know what I paid for.

I’ve been going here for over a year and cannot say enough amazing things about it. Stephanie is incredibly educated and well versed in updated studies regarding all of the treatment she provides. On top of that she is kind, genuine, and high spirited. I go for weight loss and have now switched my FTM testosterone therapy to her. This is a very safe and knowledgeable space for transgender people, which is so incredibly important at these times. Her staff is welcoming, caring and personable. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.
