Dr. Rascon and his staff are professional, friendly and most importantly, they treat you like family. although the office is not close to our home any longer (we now live in the foothills), we feel much more comfortable venturing out to see Dr. Rascon and his staff.

After coming back to the dentist I felt comfortable and welcomed here. I will be coming back regularly. Friendly staff and gentle hands very informative.

When my husband and I went in for our appointments, the visits were fine, and we felt we had found our new dentist. Then we were billed for services that didn’t seem correct. I called, and the person I spoke with couldn’t give me an explanation and told me not to do anything until they called me back to find out what happened. Never got a call back. When my husband went in person to ask about charges because he had one filling and was charged for four, they couldn’t give an explanation and claimed not to be able to find my billing information in the system. They told him they would call us back to review the billing information. Never got a call back. However, I was then sent to claims even though the office told us they couldn’t find the billing information, said they couldn’t explain the billing to us, and told us to wait until they looked into it. In this sense the office seems unprofessional, unsure what it is doing, and unable to explain what they’re doing even though they’re the ones doing it. I can’t see myself going back, and I think it’s one of the worst dentist experiences overall that I’ve ever had!

Bosque dental is amazing! It's quick to service us, and I've never had problems here! Teeth are so clean after every visit, waiting room is also nice with lots of entertainment!

I have been to several dentists throughout my life now at age 66 and I have to say that Dr. Raphael it's one of the very best. He was extremely patient, kind, is a good listener, and without question, an expert and meticulous within everything he did on my teeth. He's got a good of humor and unlike other dentists that I've had to deal with, Dr. Rafael had not an inkling of rushing the work, involved. I highly endorse him with his services. He's also got a staff that are not only gorgeous, but those girls were just as much an expert at what they helped him with, before and, as well as while he was working on my teeth. To me, they were a perfectly matched team which made me very comfortable while I was laying there, holding my mouth wide open for them. Not only that, but he appears to be one of the very few dentist who will work with Medicaid, which may provides some of the payment processes. I'm just really thankful for him, especially now that my tooth is no longer hurting, me.
