I love going to Familiy Choice Dental due to their staff. They’re amazing very professional, caring , and polite. Service is always great with the Dentist as well, he is gentle very well mannered and very respectful. I give them all a 10. Keep up to great work.

I had an amazing experience at Family Choice Dental on 98th Street. The front desk team is truly top-tier. They were welcoming from the moment I walked in, patient with all my questions, and incredibly professional throughout my visit. You can tell they care about the people who come through their doors. Their customer service alone makes the whole office stand out. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommend!

5-Star Review I recently had to find a new dentist for my son due to a dental emergency and a change in his insurance. Despite being a new patient, Family Choice Dental was able to see him within 24 hours, which was such a relief during a stressful time. From the moment I called, the office manager Denise and front staff, Tanya were all incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made the entire process smooth and welcoming. The team showed great empathy and urgency in helping my son and were able to address his emergency quickly and effectively. I’m very pleased with the level of care and professionalism we experienced, and I’m confident that we’ve found the right dental provider moving forward. If I could give zero stars, I would. The male dentist here is arrogant, rude and lacks bedside manner. When he got to me, no greeting, no hello, no my name is Dr. - nothing. He was rude and condescending throughout my visit. I don't trust him or anything that he told me. When I asked the woman who brought me back if he was usually so rude to patients and if he failed to greet all of his patients, her response was, "he has other patients to get to." As though that's an acceptable response. He is a nasty set of work. If you hate patients so much - get another job. Any professional that is too busy to greet patients with a simple hello, you know, treating people like they're human, doesn't need to be in business. When I went up to the front they asked if I would like to start scheduling my cleanings there. HELL NO. As a matter of fact, I will never be back again and I'll everybody not go to this establishment. I couldn't fathom this miscreant, working on any children. God help them. DO NOT GO HERE.

They helped me with all my problems fast and easy o truly thank them for the wonderful job they did on me.
