Platinum Care Dental

This was my first visit here and I can see why this dental office has five stars. Everyone here at platinum dental is genuine and welcoming. They all made small talking, telling jokes, and really trying to get to know you. Upon entering I can see receptionists greeting returning clients by name asking how they have been and what they have been up too. Doctors roaming around (in a proactive way) and introducing themselves wanting to get to know the new edition to the platinum family. Everyone seems very sincere and passionate about their work. Thank you Maria (dental assistant), Kathy (dental hygienist), Dr Romo, and the rest of the platinum dental staff for their hospitality.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dental team explained everything clearly and showed genuine care and patience throughout my visit. The staff is so professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at all times. The assistants and hygenists are very knowledgeable and are happy to provide helpful tips for dental health. Dr. Romo makes patients feel at ease, explains conditions, procedures and options. He greets his patients with a smile and is genuineally caring.
