Perfect Teeth Dental & Orthodontics - Cottonwood

I’ve been a patient That perfect teeth and with Dr. Oceanrider for many years. When Dr. Oceanrider Left this past summer I was wondering who would replace him. I I had an appointment last week and I got to Meet Dr. Martinez. He sat down talk to me and asked me about myself And genuinely cared about me. I’m so happy that Dr. Martinez is there now. I highly recommend him.

Was my first time to this dental office and they took very good care of me. They assessed my situation and treated what needed to be treated today And came up with a plan for upcoming appointments. Everyone in the office was very professional and respectful could not of asked for anything more. Thank you

The dental hygienist was very thorough explaining what she was going to before she did the work. She checked the depth of the gum along the base of the teeth before she explained the treatment she suggested and the total price for today's visit. This procedure has not been done with the other dental hygienist, which is why I requested another hygienist. This dental hygienist is excellent in cleaning teeth. The only drawback is when I paid the bill at the front desk the total was $336 verses $304.88 ( not including the $10 charge for an office visit). I signed and agreed to pay $304.88, I repeated the amount so I could clearly understand the total bill for todays services, should have been $314.88 not $336.00 including an office visit of $10.00.

Rude staff. Told By staff that I wasn’t insured. Told them I had United Healthcare. They argued with me so I left and called insurance. Told I have comprehensive coverage dental included. Asked insurance to call perfect teeth, with me on line to inform them . We called office manager and again, she was rude and hung up on us. Will not go back. Ever since Dr Oceanrider left, care and service have gone down drastically. I have been a member for over 15 years and will not go back.

I had minimal wait time, and an excellent experience all around. This is the first time I have left a dentist without my mouth feeling full of grit from the cleaning! Job well done, folks! Many thanks to Dr. Martinez and his awesome crew.
