I recommend anyone who wants to boost their confidence with this process will be satisfied with the end result.

The advertisement made it seem like you would get quite a bit more progress than you actually do. When I arrived, I had questions about pricing and how things would turn out. The tech, who seems to be compensated by upselling you after the work is complete, was really polite but seemed like he was in a rush. He said he was double-booked, so I had to wait for 20 minutes, which I was not happy about, while he was sending somebody else up. The session I got, which should’ve been 90 minutes, was only about 65 minutes. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to work, but after it was complete there was very minimal difference from when I walked in as far as whitening goes. The text said that in order for me to get the progress I’m looking for, he would need to see me at least six more times to see the results I came in to get. Of course, I’m not looking for a miracle. My teeth are stained, but the advertising and the tech were very misleading. After I got to the front, he told me he could give me a discount, but I would have to pay for everything upfront for the six appointments I’d need to come back for whitening. This came out to $1,000, which I did not want to commit to right then and there. As soon as I let him know I would not be committing to that, his whole demeanor and attitude changed. He was clearly upset that I wasn’t going to make a decision that day and started being standoffish. Then he got some toothpaste out and told me what I needed to start doing with the toothpaste and another paste that goes on my teeth, saying it was needed. I was told I needed to buy it for $50, so of course I went ahead and did that. The reason I was not happy about this experience is because they were very misleading. Had they just communicated with me (When I arrived) that to get the progress I wanted it could potentially take up to six visits, I would’ve gladly paid for that upfront. Instead, it felt very scammy. Now that I’m thinking about it, what if I did go ahead and book six more sessions and after those sessions they told me, “Well, you clearly didn’t get where you wanted to be. You’re going to have to book three more sessions,” and then I’d end up spending another $750. My recommendation to everyone is don’t come here for teeth whitening, because they are going to mislead you and make you feel like you’re going to get more progress than you actually do from one appointment, then try to upsell you into booking six more sessions or possibly more.

What a difference! I just had my teeth whitened at we whiten and my smile looks incredible. The Charlie was so kind and made the whole process easy and relaxing. I love how bright and fresh my teeth look without feeling overdone. Highly recommend!

Charlie was professional and personable. The whitening process was pain free and comfortable. The massage chairs are a nice added touch! I did notice quite a few shades of whitening on this initial visit. Anything would be an improvement! I bought the initial membership to continue seeing improvement because I'm working on myself and my all around appearance... finally at 61!

I absolutely love coming here! Me and my daughter come together. They have a fantastic staff, great customer service and amazing product. You see amazing results within your first appointment and if you stick with it, you can get to your goal. I drink a lot of coffee and I was a smoker. I hadn’t been in for almost a year and already you can see such a change!
