Went in for another annual exam and Dr. Shaw was again very thorough and explained what several growths were on different areas of face neck, and shoulders. There was one on my forehead and neck that has been very irritating to me and she said she could freeze those to eliminate the discomfort. There was also a fairly large one on the shoulder that she was also going to freeze and then explained there were a few more in a group in that same area and she might as well try to get rid of all of them before they grow much larger at the same time. As always, she was very professional and very easy to talk to and also told me if this procedure didn’t take care of these particular areas that I could come back and she would give them a second treatment if needed. I always feel completely comfortable in her care And everyone I come in contact at this office are very pleasant to communicate with.

Great customer service from the moment you walk into the office to the time to check out My nurse practitioner Brigitte is exceptional. she explained with paper and words everything I needed to know , and answered all questions I had about the reason of my visit.I will recommend this practice 💯

Tried several times to ask the doc a question. She kept interrupting me. Tried once again and she turned to her assistant and discussed my care, while I was still asking the question, then left the room. When she came back to do the procedure (which she had not explained), I had to put my hand up to stop her, so I could talk to her. And then she acted like I was being difficult. Never again.

The wait time wasn’t too long and everyone was pleasant. Dr. Vellanki listened to me and was very knowledgeable. She was thorough but didn’t do more than needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a pure waste of time. I was a patient and my insurance changed, it changed to the same company BCBS. I called to make an appointment and told them this, they looked up the insurance and said its fine. I went to my appointment which I had to wait months for, at the visit they said my insurance said I need a referral to see them otherwise its $150 for the visit and no coverage for biopsy. I went to go get a referral - my insurance company told me I DON'T NEED REFERRALS to see specialists, I called them back to tell them this - they made a new appointment. They called me the next day saying I need a referral, I said I called my insurance company TWICE and they said the opposite!, and gave them the number to call (they had my card information). They called me back a few hours later saying your right you don't need a referral but we don't take your insurance. WHAT? you told me you took it on what appears to be 3 occasions now BCBS.. oh yea and now it would be $200 to see them without a biopsies. Whatis going on ... bad communication and people that don't know what they are doing.
