AleraCare Infusion Center - Tucson

The girls were amazing. Yesterday the girl that called me answered all my questions and was very helpful and polite. Today the nurse was awesome she did a fantastic service. Having menopause makes me forget, I’m sorry I forgot both of there names . I love there kindness not everyone can be a nurse or work with people, because some people have bad attitudes. Not here 2 thumbs up keep up the great work.

The staff is friendly and very professional. I had a very good experience getting my infusion from them and I have absolutely no complaints and look forward to dealing with the entire staff again. As a Veteran with 34 years of active service believe me when I stand by my word I have no problem pointing out any problem with anyone if it so warrants. If it was up to me I would give this team 10 stars. Conrad is no longer at this location but that’s ok. As he told me. “These ladies are very very good” and he was totally right.

My doctor referred me to AleraCare for a Prolia injection and I was really pleased with my visit. Each member of the care team was friendly and professional, and they made the whole experience painless. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The office was neat, the nurse who injected the drug seemed knowledgeable and skilled and helpful. It took only 25 minutes, including the 15 min. wait time after the injection.

Excellent care and service. The staff is professional, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable. The facility is clean and well-managed, and having my own room was a definite plus. Highly recommend this infusion center.
