I've had such a great experience working with Brittany and getting a plan in place to work towards better health! I had been struggling for the past year with trying to understand the full picture on why I was feeling so tired and fatigued. I knew I was pre-diabetic but aside from that there was not really anything I had going on to understand and felt at a standstill with my pcp. When I went to Brittany she scheduled me to get extensive lab work done and once I met with her to start my plan I went from feeling hopeless to hopeful and determined. She has excellent communication skills and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my body as well as a gameplan back to optimal health. I've been on the plan for a little over 6 weeks and im already seeing a huge difference in my energy levels, mood, appetite and weight loss! Brittany at Revive Functional Nutrition is the only way I lost weight. After struggling with Keto, to starving myself, I finally made an appointment with Revive, for an alternative method. After a conversation with Brittany and blood work, we determined together, the best method for me. I am proud to say that I am down 30lbs. I am dedicated to my new lifestyle.
