I was looking for a primary care provider and chose this clinic because it is close to my home. They seem to focus primarily on aesthetic procedures and treatments rather than comprehensive medical care. They did not give me the impression that they genuinely care about patient health or well‑being. This might be a good place if you are only interested in services like Botox, but I would not recommend it if you are looking for a clinic that truly cares about your overall well‑being and long‑term care.

My husband just started going here and they are prompt and courteous. The office is very clean and welcoming they offer coffee while you wait. The staff is amazing they always check my husband in as soon as we walk into the office. Beautiful people who care about your well-being.

On Friday January 23rd, 2026 I have visited Escalera Health Clinic to see Dr. Aguilar Abram for my annual medical check up. I was impressed by the high quality of the service including professionalism of the receptionist, the positive attitude of the medical assistant, and Dr. Aguilar. Dr. Aguilar is a competent physician. He spent adequate time in history taking and reviewing all of my laboratory tests that I had over the past few years. We had detailed discussions about all the results that required special advice. Then he conducted a medical examination. I greatly appreciate the attention I received during this visit. My thanks extends to Mr. Anthony who confirmed my appointment in a timely manner! I hope Dr. Aguilar and his staff sustain such a high quality level of care to their patents. I have many medical issues and despite losing one of the doctors, I really loved The entire staff is wonderful. Hoping this will be a place I can use for a very long time. It's the first time I can say no matter who I see there, I've had excellent care . Aside From the friendly receptionists and staff, excellent scheduling and reminders 🙂 it's a very clean, well organized, peaceful office. I'm very excited to be there!!

Dr. Aguilar and his staff were awesome! From the moment that I walked in the door to the clinic, everyone was professional & kind. Dr. Aguilar is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I would gladly recommend his practice to anyone seeking medical and aesthetic care.
