How do I give 10 out of 5 stars...? Dayna is absolutely amazing and so good at what she does. You can tell she doesn't just do this as "work" or a "job"; She enjoys what she does and transfers that love into every motion and step she takes. As a solo-preneur, it's hard for me to find time for self care, but I am SO glad I was able to spend my time here. I immediately felt so safe and comfortable. I nearly fell asleep because I could tell I was in good hands. I feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world, thanks to Dayna. That doesn't happen easily or often. Finding Fern Grove is like finding an oasis in the desert. I've been to "spas" where I felt like just another appointment or a number in their metrics. Not here. It was personalized and soft. I didn't feel rushed. It didn't feel cold/sterile the way commercial treatment spas can. Everything down to the blanket on the spa table was cozy and made me feel so easily relaxed. Dayna did a fantastic job of explaining each step so I could be fully informed of what I was about to experience. It really helped me release and trust the process. I usually feel pressured to buy products after appointments, but there was no pressure to buy anything. Dayna simply gave me information about what products could help the issues I mentioned. She gave earnest suggestions and kindly educated me on what each product does and why they help each issue. I felt empowered with information and resources, rather than bombarded with sales pitches. I don't think I'll ever be able to go anywhere else for spa services - my standards have leveled up and I simply cannot bring myself to accept anything less than the exemplary service and care I get from Dayna at Fern Grove Spa.

Amanda provided an amazing facial for me. She uses the latest in technology as well as quality skin care products to bolster her skills and talent. My skin was glowing and the session was so relaxing. I recommend booking a session or getting a gift card.

My facial with Dayna was absolutely lovely! The room was calm, cool and dark. I was instantly relaxed by that and Dayna's kind presence. She patiently explained every step of the process and offered some great tips for at-home care which I will be following! My skin was glowing, plump, and smooth. She also sent me home with a goody bag of samples (and chocolate omg). A fabulous person and business.

I got the Korean facial and my skin is so dewy! I wanted to refresh my skin from winter neglect. Amanda was fun, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing. I highly recommend!

Okay, let me just say… Dayna at The Fern Grove Spa is a WAX WIZARD. I walked in hairy and nervous and walked out smooth, confident, and questioning why I don’t come more often. She was lightning fast, super attentive, and somehow made an awkward appointment feel fun and totally comfortable. The whole thing was a breeze, zero stress, zero pain drama, all the smooth vibes.
