Everyone here was extremely helpful in regards to my weight loss program. I was very nervous about puting so much attention to my weight but was easily comfortable talking to the doctors and medical assistants there. In the beauty side, she was very professional and was not pushing any type of treatment on me at that time! She told me all of the information in regards to the services they provide and told me that when I am ready to come in and she would be happy to take care of me. The MA was actually from the Swan location and she was very respectful and patient with me. When giving my shot she talked to me the entire time and constantly asked if I had any questions or concerns. Tim, the doctor that helped me, provided all of the information about the body comp. test and was very helpful with both my esteem and making sure I was comfortable with the medical plan he prescribed. They were not trying to "up-sell" anything and made sure I only got what I needed (although giving options of what they offer). I decided to try Red Mountain due to my age and the struggle I was having with my weight. The first consultation was fine. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was given the different options so I chose to go with the RM3. It was $599. Mine ended up costing $679 because I chose to have the Phentermine appetite suppressant as well. I did lose 11 pounds in my first month. It is challenging but did teach me a lot about what I was putting in my body. My issue is the transition month, the second step. You do get to add more calories and healthy fats and you can start working out again. They do recommend a package full of supplements that are supposed to assist with not regaining the weight. However, the package cost almost $300!!! If RM3 is supposed to be a weight loss "package", then why aren't these supplements included for the transition month?!?! Buyer beware of the "cost" of the weight loss plan. This is not just $599. You will get pulled into spending over $1000 if you are convinced that you need the supplements and the %off is a good deal.

Did you know red Mountain is a full service med spa? I don’t go there to lose weight but to look my best. I am working with Erin Gates and she is so well trained, talented and has designed a facial program that is doing more than I thought with just the first session. I am using the cosmetics she advised and combined with the photo facial . I am surprised that looking good can be so easy. I have only been using the products for six weeks. She just completed a trading in cool sculpting too. I would highly recommend her. She listens and best part she is conservative with her suggestions if you are new to all this like I am. So I am going back from my visit to Tucson, looking healthier and younger. I really was skeptical, but these treatments work.

I have been very happy with the weight loss services/team and with the facial treatments and skin care advice I get from from Michelle. The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. Being busy with work, I love that it's a one-stop shop for my weight loss, facial treatments and skin care products! They have great specials too! I'm glad I found Red Mountain Weight Loss!

Went on-line to research company and then to fill out paperwork for an appointment. I was called within 48 hours and was able to go in the same day for my first appointment. I am excited to begin the program and feel supported based on the people encountered on my first visit. I am anxiously awaiting my first shipment and have my groceries purchased and ready to go!
