Fuchsia Spa La Encantada

Very dissatisfying first time here. This isn’t to degrade the other woman that massaged my friend, because she did exceptionally well according to my friend. But the woman I got gave me the worse massage I’ve ever had. Yesterday we went in for a couples massage. We’ve gotten massages before but not from here. First she did not adjust the head rest until I asked. And as a masseuse, that’s the first thing you do. You make sure the guest is comfortable. She did not, she didn’t move my hair either so during the massage she was constantly pulling my hair and getting it tangled through her fingers. I cut the massage about 10 minutes short because she kept touching the same spot applying more and more pressure even tho she could feel I was tensing and pulling away. That’s not care. I don’t recommend this spa at all. The ladies in the front didn’t even offer to give us our free wellness add on. We had to ask. The $10 hot stone add on was false she put cold stones on my body and I complained so the other masseuse in the room gave her the stones. And she said “I’ll take care of it.” YES BECAUSE I DIDNT EVEN GET WHAT I ASKED FOR.

This was my first experience and the only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars was because my check in was a little chaotic. Otherwise, the service was great once it began. I had a massage, facial and red light treatment . My facial was with Tracy and she was fantastic. I look forward to going back and plan to get in a rhythm as a member.

I received a gift card for Christmas and used it on the intro pkg for new customers. It was a great experience. My massage with Ann was wonderful and my facial with Stephanie was great. There was soft upselling from both, but I expected it. I was visiting from out of town so wasn’t able to commit to a return visit. I chose two wellness treatments: the LED light therapy and the sound therapy. They were just ok. I needed more guidance for these 30 minute treatments and the room was too cold for me….after warm blankets provided with massage and facial. I’d recommend Fuchsia Spa. They have a nice lounge, great snacks, clean facilities, dedicated staff, and complementary wine! Four stars from me.

This was amazing! Everyone was so caring and so accommodating. Honestly, experiences like this only come with a resort, so $$ absolutely well spent. I got a bundle which included a facial, massage, PLUS 2 wellness treatments!! And of course, great job to providers Jennifer (esthetician) & Solomon (Massage Therapist), and Veronica at the front. Felt so relaxed after working with everyone!

I was gifted a day at the spa for my birthday, and it was THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER. The ladies pampered me, treated me with so much respect and kindness. Answered all of my questions and gave additional facts. Thank you to the amazing Traci (facial), Genesis (massage), Veronica, and Tabitha for an extraordinary first time experience!!!! Can’t wait for more!!!!!
