I booked several massage treatments with her to alleviate discomfort in my hip and shoulder, and I now have full range of motion again in both places. And the hot stone massage is wonderful! Allison communicates well to ensure that I am always comfortable with the pressure and the style of the treatment. I have also taken her yoga classes and they are the right amount of dynamic and grounding. I highly recommend Shakti in the Desert's offerings.

Being a massage therapist myself, I’m very picky with my massage. I’ve had a lot of bodywork done and I must say that Allison is hands down one of the best massage therapists that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
