Massage Envy

Booked online, the system told me "you are all set" and then, when I showed up, the lady at the front desk told me that "you did it online? oh, yeah, we had issues with that. You are best calling us to confirm after you book". So what is the point of booking online of there is no warning or banner indicating you should call after? Thanks for wasting an hour of my life I will never get back (driving to and coming home). Never again.

I was given a gift card so I went to have a massage. The massage was $80 which is fine for a 50 minute massage. But when I was finished they told me that if I came back the next massage would be $130 if I didn't join the club. What a racket. Besides the fact that the massage wasn't that great and the masseuse never put any music on. All I heard was her stomach growling the whole time. It wasn't relaxing and I felt like a beginner was doing my massage. It sucks because now I will lose the other $45 on my gift card . There is no way I will pay $130 for a barely mediocre massage. NEVER GOING BACK.

Went to Jordan, at Massage Envy on River, for a zero downtime peel and she was absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable and kind! I left there with amazing skin and a feeling of being so relaxed and ready to face my work week. Definitely recommend her!!

The massage therapists are on point..I have never had a bad massage despite different techniques..The front desk is kind, pays attention to detail and are.prompt with response.. Just started working with Karina..Amazing!!
