i came here yesterday for a couples massage as a valentines gift from my husband. once we went into the room the two masseurs came in and immediately started massaging us, no questions asked. i was a bit uncomfortable because the guy masseuse was working on me instead of the lady, but i decided it was okay. about halfway through, the masseuse moved to my legs and i asked if we could skip the legs and just focus on my back. all he says is “wait” and then leaves the room. he comes back with who i assume is the manager and he asked what my question was so i told him what i wanted and he said “no that’s not what you booked. you booked a 30 minute back and 30 min feet and legs. you have to have the legs” so i said okay i was just wondering and he immediately responds “so do you just not want anything then?” i say no i want the massage still and he just said okay and left. that was so rude and uncalled for, i literally cried the rest of the massage and it completely ruined my experience. the massage would have been fine if not for that interaction. i understand the point of getting what we booked, it was through groupon so there was some confusion on the service and there was no communication for me to have asked for that earlier. yes i could have spoken up but based on the way the manager spoke to me, im glad i didn’t so i didnt have to interact with him again. terrible customer service, try to be nicer in general but especially when people are mid massage trying to relax, i only had a question.

Had a couples massage today, if I had been having a solo massage I would have asked to leave it was so bad. Told the front desk and they didn’t offer to give me any sort of discount just basically said oh well. If you are picky about massages I wouldn’t go here.

I went for a 60 minute full body massage and am so grateful I tried this place. The price is good and well worth it. She worked out the knots in my back and was very attentive to what was comfortable for me.

Surprise fail. Talk about a high price nap. Wanted to treat my fiance to a body massage with hot stones and foot massage. He came home in disappointment as he told me it was not what we expected.

Nina did my 60 min massage & it was wonderful. Very relaxing & perfect pressure for me. I will definitely be back!
