Julia had done my lash lift and brown lamination every time I’m in Tucson and she performed my lip blush when she was working in New York City. Just went in to see Julia to do my perfecting session (touch-up).This is the 2nd & last session that is done to ensure the color and refining the brow shape. If you are considering doing the nano brows I recommend Julia. I realized some may hesitate because of price or trusting your Brow Tech. But with Julia you get the best of both worlds. Reasonable price and a skilled Tech who has the skill & listens to what her clients want to achieve.
