Sonthuy Brows and Lash

Son is amazing, very polite and professional. Very relaxing salon with soothing music and ambience. I did the combo brow - nano powder with mixed hairstrokes, pain-free and looks phenomenal! Thinking about getting more things done soon! Update - 1 month conplimentary touch up, I requested it extra dark. Well, I thought my first appointment was wonderful, my touch up left me feeling phenomenal! Thank you SonThuy for your expertise & artistic skills with precision, you did not disappoint. I wish I can recommend everyone to you. I love my eyebrows so much!! So professional, so courteous, so kind, so beautiful! Keep up the amazing work, thank you!

I went in for my follow up appt today 12/23/25 and wish I hadn’t. My first visit with Son was a couple days after my bday in October and as a bday gift to myself decided to finally get my eyebrows and upper eyeliner done by her. The experience wasn’t all that great as getting my eyeliner done was extremely painful and the end result is not pretty. My right side line is a lot thicker and darker than my left side. Thankfully dark eyeshadow helps blend and cover up the mess. I then got hair strokes on my eyebrows and that was a bit easier to handle pain wise. I thought my eyebrows looked ok but as 2 months passed, I see that the follow-up was needed to hopefully fill in the bold/uneven spots that were left behind the first time. So I went in today only to get my eyebrows retouched and shared with her eyebrow pictures I got from her website and she suggested the powder nano look for this time. I agreed, and also asked for her to line up the bottom of my eyebrows since that wasn’t really done on my right side the last time. When done I looked in the mirror and honestly I thought it looked ok, and even said I liked it. Big mistake!!! But when I went outside and saw myself under real light I was angry. Even more so when I got home and my kids asked why my eyebrows looked funny. I can’t believe Son let me leave her place looking like this, right before Christmas and family gatherings. I’m so embarrassed and so mad. I truly believe that based on my last two visits with her, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and that the pictures she has posted online are not of her real work because what she did to my eyebrows and eyeliner is nothing like the pictures. I will post pictures of my eyebrows (face cropped out because I’m so embarrassed) so you can see what her work is really like. I will never be back and definitely will be sharing my experience with her with others. **Update after owner response to me** clearly you need to go back and re-read my review as I clearly stated on there that I asked for my right eyebrow to be lined up because it wasn’t done the first time. But then right after that you were suppose to fill in my eyebrows making them look powdery and clearly you did not do that!! All you did was make a line at the bottom of my eyebrows and that’s it. You can clearly see that in the 4th picture I posted. Another thing I didn’t mention was the color you chose to use on me is very red. Why on earth would you use a red tone color on me when my hair is a dark brown? You might be a professional with some other clients or friends who have had their permanent makeup done by you but you clearly were not with me and for that I have no further interest in reaching out to you. I am 100% honest with my review, and I’m sorry if I offended you but I really hope more people see this review before scheduling and also how you responded to me.

It was my first time with Son Thuy and she is the best! She has such a light hand, and my lashes turned out beautiful. She’s so nice and works fast too. I will definitely keep coming back!

I started to get small holes and patches in my eyebrows and became very insecure because of them. I contacted Sonthuy Brows and Lash and asked them what they recommended to fill in those patches as natural looking as possible. I went in and had the Nano powder brows done. Son did my eyebrows and they turned out amazing. She reshaped them and gave them that natural look that I was hoping for. Very happy with their service and I highly recommend

This is the first time I have ever gotten a lash lift and I was so happy with it. Savannah was so sweet and hospitable. She answered all my questions (which were a lot) and she was so patient. It has been weeks so far since the lash lift but there is still quite a bit of lift still. I definitely wanna come back!
