I’ve been coming to this establishment for quite some time. Everyone is always professional, always helpful. I highly recommend this business. Dr. Moenster is my go-to. But I’m certain you won’t go wrong with anyone. And, their new location is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Moenster and my entire experience with her practice. I had a breast reduction and lift, liposuction, C-section scar revision, and Renuvion therapy, and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right hands. What truly set Dr. Moenster apart from other surgeons I consulted with in Tucson and Scottsdale was how listened to I felt. She took the time to understand my specific wants and goals and then walked me through multiple options to consider . I never felt talked at or boxed into one approach — unlike other consultations where I was simply told what I “had to do.” Her patience, kindness, and excellent bedside manner made the entire process feel comfortable and collaborative. Dr. Moenster was also incredibly honest and transparent about what to expect. She provided realistic expectations while still making me feel confident and excited, and her surgical skill truly speaks for itself. I am only two weeks post-op and I am already so incredibly pleased with my results. Her staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to her patient coordinator, Diana, who was amazing to work with, as well as another coordinator who was filling in from the Green Valley when I had my initial consultation. The office was always quick to respond and made everything feel seamless. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Moenster and her team and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dermatology and Plastic Surgery of Arizona, Sierra Vista office! I went in for a surgical procedure today full of anxiety!! There may have been dramatic sighing and possibly a few tears. Definitely some “Are you sure about this?” moments. From the second I walked in, the staff treated me with such kindness and patience. Kristin was my first medical staff to receive my tears and nerves. She was empathic and real in her response to me!! Molly, NP held my hand (emotionally and literally), while we AGAIN discussed the reasons for (I was still not fully committed) and the procedure before is. She explained everything so clearly and calmly that my anxiety slowly packed its bags and left the room. During the procedure, Molly and Kristen talked me through (I didnt want to hear about each step) with reassurance and even managed to make me smile. Imagine that, smiling and giggling while being the world’s most anxious dermatology patient! Their confidence and gentle approach made all the difference. I truly felt cared for, safe, and respected the entire time. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the aftercare was explained verbally and in writing. If you’re nervous about a dermatologic surgery, this is absolutely the place to go. They are professional, compassionate, highly skilled, and apparently very experienced in handling teary-eyed patients like me. Five stars for exceptional care, steady hands, and for turning my near-meltdown into a genuinely positive experience! Thank you Molly and Kristen!!

I was 7 min late to my appointment and they wouldn't let me be seen. Most clinics provide a 15 minute grace period. They do not prioritize patient experience in this regard They otherwise have been the Derm office I've gone to for 3 years and have been satisfied with the care

This was the first time I have ever been to a dermatologist. From the Time I walked into the door was a wonderful experience. Assistant was patient. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.. Candy the Doctor was very thorough informative on the procedure. I would definitely recommend her wonderful experience. Thank you very much. We'll see you in a couple months.
