A few weeks ago, Claudia the new Manager called me trying to resolve a review /case I created from my experience. I went over all my concerns and how I made two trips back in because I was not happy with the service that caused me to go to another clinic, pay more money. What was the point of calling me trying to "resolve the matter" if I have not received any follow up on a resolution. It does not surprise me; it is just very frustrating that I paid over $1400 they kept my money and did not take any initiative to correct their mistake. Go somewhere else that takes pride in their work, and if a mistake is made, they do their best to make you happy with results. Don't waste your time or money
