GreenSprings is the best Med Spa! They are so professional and friendly. Kim Bergeron is the best injector she is so gentle ,and knows how to make you look so natural. I love that they don’t push you to do more and buy products. It’s what makes you comfortable. Their pricing is so reasonable compared to other spas. I highly recommend this Med Spa.

They advertised "tox regulars 9 dollars /unit" I clicked through the link and scheduled an appointment. Nowhere did it specify which "tox" was that price. Turns out it wasn't for botox, which i went in to get. I was already marked up and in the chair so I ended up getting less botox than I would've preferred. Every employee was trying to sell product so it wasn't enjoyable. Their main concern is clearly money. Put a major damper on my self care day really. Ultimately its my fault for not asking the front desk before I went into the , story of my life. Kim was great though.

I went to Greenspring for the first time and had a lovely experience. My appointment was Megan James. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained what to expect (I had the Diamond Glow limited time special) and gave me specific recommendations for my skin. The limited time special was also a wild deal! I paid $100 and received a facial treatment as well as 15% off coupon and $100 credit towards their skincare products. They gave me one full sized product ($61 value), two travel sized items, and a large make up bag (maybe 9 inches by 10 inches?. Thank you so much for offering this. I bought 2 items for $7 additional charge after the initial $100 deposit and genuinely am interested in using them. Beyond the facial treatment, I got a ton of SkinMedica products. Megan also shared specific products to look for at Target that match my budget (Roc retinal) and needs. This was so considerate rather than trying to convince me that they are the only place selling skincare products.... The atmosphere was lovely with fruit and veggie platters, donut holes, and drinks in the lobby and nice dim lighting in the room. The people who work there are also nice! As I was waiting for my appointment, some employees were going home. They were so kind and happy for each other. I love seeing employees who love their workplace and coworkers. One wished another happy birthday, said I hope you enjoy your birthday dinner. It was just so sweet haha. I had a (dumb) question about whether I should go to a dermatologist and Megan was very kind and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to get on a waitlist to see a dermatologist on principle that it's a good thing to do. And that they may recommend an appointment every 1-2 years in the absence of any immediate concerns. She completely answered my questions and did not make me feel embarrassed for not knowing this stuff already! She also gave me a lollipop, which honestly was an amazing vibe. Totally recommend!

I’ve been using your services for years! I was Kim’s first weight loss patient. She a wonderful woman. Now that I’m taking my injection s home. Id like to suggest that we either get a discount or a package deal. What do you think?
