The staff is gracious, welcoming, friendly, and most accommodating ! Dr Gerken is warm, compassionate, empowering,and very caring. In addition, his skills are extraordinary as is his concern for each patient ! In addition, he educates each patient as to why, how and what he is doing throughout the procedure. He is very meticulous and thorough. And withal, he has a sense of humor ! Never in 30 yrs have I had an injection that is relatively pain free. What a gift ! I am very Blessed to have had such a wonderful experience...top drawer :) !

Dr. Gerken and his staff are excellent!! They are always kind and considerate. Dr. Gerkin explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. I was very impressed by the cheerful and attentive care I received at Oro Valley Smiles. Rochelle did a perfect job cleaning my teeth, I actually enjoyed it! Dr. Gurken carefully and thoughtfully explained the details of my procedure and made sure that I was comfortable before proceeding.
